Job Description
Usha International is looking for experienced Territory Managers to join its Sales team across multiple locations in Bihar and Jharkhand.
The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence and managing channel relationships within their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Drive retail development and product availability.
- Provide market insights and regular sales reporting.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Eligibility
Candidates with 3–6 years of sales experience are preferred.
Experience in the following industries will be an advantage:
- FMCD
- Consumer Electronics
- Building Materials
Candidates should have strong knowledge of local markets and channel networks along with good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
