About the Role
The Executive – N Smart Care Technologist will be responsible for supporting business growth within the assigned territory. The role involves working with dealers, contractors and customers while identifying opportunities for market expansion and improving the performance of the dealer network.
The position also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, monitoring collections and handling customer and dealer-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Business Objectives
- Prepare monthly plans to achieve assigned business objectives for the territory.
- Work towards achieving assigned targets.
- Assist dealers in achieving their overall sales targets through regular visits.
- Communicate schemes to dealers and ensure timely material service.
- Monitor the growth of core products as well as new and focused products.
Market Development & Intelligence
- Explore and open new dealer counters to expand sustainable sales potential.
- Analyse territory-level data to identify business gaps.
- Drive initiatives based on identified market opportunities.
- Support growth and value enhancement of the existing dealer network.
- Organise promotional activities and product awareness meetings for dealers and contractors.
- Provide feedback on market practices and offerings to support scheme planning.
Dealer Management
- Track and resolve dealer queries in a timely manner.
- Assist dealers in providing solutions to contractors and end consumers.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure availability of materials, services and promotional tools.
Collections
- Ensure payment collections from dealers according to defined benchmarks.
- Regularly monitor outstanding payments.
- Take appropriate measures to minimise overdue payments.
Contractor Management
- Support contractor enrolment and updates through dealers.
- Extend benefits to contractors according to the defined loyalty programme structure.
- Plan and organise product awareness meetings during new product launches.
Customer Complaint Resolution
- Investigate dealer-level and customer-level complaints.
- Work towards resolving complaints within the defined timelines.
Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with other verticals, including project sales and services, for lead sharing and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily visit reports.
- Prepare territory-level monthly reports.
